Use this section when Text does not show the expected folders, files, or read status.

If Documentation Does Not Load

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Refresh the page.
  3. Confirm you are signed in and subscribed.
  4. Try opening `/text` again.

If Australian Documentation Is Missing

  1. Wait for the page to finish loading.
  2. Refresh the page.
  3. Confirm the selected folder exists in the available documentation list.

If Company Documentation Is Missing

  1. Confirm your account belongs to the expected company or group.
  2. Confirm your group role has access to the folder.
  3. Refresh the page after any group membership or role change.

If Folder Management Controls Are Missing

  1. Confirm you are viewing `Company Documentation`.
  2. Confirm your role is `ADMIN` or `DISPATCHER`.
  3. Select a company group and folder.

If Upload Fails

  1. Confirm a company folder is selected.
  2. Confirm the file is a `.pdf` or `.doc`.
  3. Check the file size and network connection.
  4. Try again after refreshing the folder.

If Preview Does Not Open

  1. Select the document again.
  2. Confirm the file is a supported PDF or image.
  3. Try `Download` from `Options`.
  4. Refresh the folder if the file was recently added or changed.

If Read Status Looks Wrong

  1. Confirm the folder has `Enable Notifications` enabled.
  2. Confirm the selected company user list is current.
  3. Refresh the folder.
  4. Reopen `Details` for the document.
