4.6. Aircraft Loading

`Loading’ is used to check loading, weight and balance, fuel, and load limits for the selected stage.

Basic Workflow

1. Open a plan.
2. Select the correct `Stage`.
3. Open `Loading/ W&B/ Fuel`.
4. Enter or review passenger, baggage, equipment, and fuel values.
5. Press `Recalculate`.
6. Resolve any red warnings or exceeded limits.
   

Layout

• Use `Layout` to change the order of diagrams and fuel sections.
• Use `Reset layout` to restore the default layout.
  

Loading

• Select a `Loading Profile` if available.
• Review `Load Limits`.
• Enter station loads or named passenger loading.
• Review weight and balance diagrams.
  

Fuel

• Enter fuel by tank.
• Use `Set Max fuel` when you want the maximum fuel allowed by the current loading.
• Use `Reset` to use leftover fuel from the previous stage when available.
• Review taxi, trip, reserve, and remaining fuel values.
  

!Do not file or depart with unresolved loading, W&B, fuel, or load limit warnings.
