7.5. RWY

`RWY` shows runway wind calculations for the selected terminal when runway and wind data are available.

Runway Wind Summary

• The wind summary shows the METAR wind used for the runway calculation when available.
• The table lists each runway pair.
• `Use` shows the runway direction with the better headwind component, or `either` when both directions match.
• `Wind` shows headwind or tailwind and crosswind components.
• `Best` marks the runway row with the best headwind value.
  

No Data

• If runway data is unavailable, the tab shows `No runway data available.`
• The `RWY` tab is disabled when no runway rows can be calculated.
  

!Runway wind is calculated from available data. Confirm runway, wind, runway condition, traffic, and local procedures before use.
