Use this section when an aircraft isn’t shown when you expect it.
If You Cannot See Any Aircraft on AvPlan Web
- Confirm you are signed in to the correct AvPlan account.
- Open `Aircraft` in AvPlan Web and check whether aircraft appear there.
- On an AvPlan device, make sure `Sync Aircraft` is enabled.
- Allow the device time to sync.
- Restart the AvPlan app if the aircraft still does not appear.
- Confirm the aircraft was saved in AvPlan Web.
If an Aircraft Is Missing From Planning
- Open `Aircraft`.
- Confirm the aircraft exists and has a callsign.
- Confirm the Type has required planning fields such as ICAO, basic performance, units, weights, and fuel.
- Confirm the aircraft has individual details such as registration and empty weight where required.
- Save the aircraft and return to Planning.
If W&B or Fuel Does Not Work
- Open the Type.
- Check `Weight Units`, `Fuel Units`, `Fuel Type`, `Fuel Specific Gravity`, and `Arm Units`.
- Check W&B envelope points, loading stations, and fuel tanks.
- Check the individual aircraft empty weight and empty arm.
- Save and re-open the plan.
If Imported Data Looks Wrong
- Open the imported aircraft.
- Review Type details, units, weights, performance, W&B, fuel tanks, and aircraft defaults.
- Correct any values from the POH or aircraft documentation.
- Press `Save`.
