Users with appropriate group roles can manage company folders and files.

Add a Folder

  1. Open `Company Documentation`.
  2. Find the company or group.
  3. Press `Add`.
  4. Enter `Folder Name`.
  5. Turn `Enable Notifications` on or off.
  6. Press `Add`.

Edit a Folder

  1. Open `Company Documentation`.
  2. Find the company folder.
  3. Press `Folder Options`.
  4. Select `Edit Folder`.
  5. Update `Folder Name` or `Enable Notifications`.
  6. Press `Update`.

Delete a Folder

  1. Open `Company Documentation`.
  2. Find the company folder.
  3. Press `Folder Options`.
  4. Select `Delete Folder`.
  5. Confirm with `Remove`.

Add a Document

  1. Select a company folder.
  2. Press `Add`.
  3. Enter `File Name`.
  4. Enter `Version` if required.
  5. Add `Comments` if required.
  6. Use `Upload File (.pdf or .doc)` to select the file.
  7. Press `Add`.

Delete Documents

  • Select one or more document rows in a company folder.
  • Press `Delete`.
  • Confirm the delete action.
  • A document can also be deleted from `Options` when the user has permission.
