`WND` shows a winds profile for the selected terminal location.
Winds Table
- `Altitude` shows each forecast level.
- `Temp` shows forecast temperature and ISA deviation where available.
- `Winds` shows true wind direction and speed.
- A validity label shows the forecast valid period when available.
Loading and Errors
- A loading state is shown while winds data is being requested.
- If winds cannot be loaded, the tab shows `Failed to load winds.`
- If no winds are available, the tab shows `No winds data available.`
