9.1. Documentation Overview

`Documentation` uses a folder menu and document table to show available reference documents.

Layout

• The page header shows `Documentation`.
• `Search` filters documents in the selected folder.
• The left menu contains `Australian Documentation` and `Company Documentation`.
• `Expand Folders` opens folder groups where expandable folders are available.
• `Collapse Folders` closes open folder groups.
• The main panel shows documents for the selected folder.
  

Folder Sources

• `Australian Documentation` contains provided documentation folders.
• `Company Documentation` contains folders from the groups or companies available to the signed-in user.
• Company folders can have read acknowledgement and notification settings.
  

Loading

• A loading spinner is shown while folders and documents are loading.
• If document data cannot be loaded, the page shows an error message.
  

*Select a folder before using the document table. Search only filters the currently selected folder.
