The document table shows documents for the selected folder.

Table Columns

  • `Name` shows the display name.
  • `File Name` appears for company documents.
  • `Version` appears for company documents.
  • `Status` appears for notification-enabled company folders.
  • `Users Read` appears for admins and dispatchers when read-status data is available.
  • `Created` appears for company documents.
  • `Options` opens document actions.

Search

  1. Select a folder.
  2. Type into `Search`.
  3. Review the filtered table.
  4. Clear `Search` to show the full selected folder again.

Sorting and Paging

  • Use column headers to sort where sorting is available.
  • The table shows paginated results.
  • Use the rows-per-page control to change the number of rows shown.
