The document table shows documents for the selected folder.
Table Columns
- `Name` shows the display name.
- `File Name` appears for company documents.
- `Version` appears for company documents.
- `Status` appears for notification-enabled company folders.
- `Users Read` appears for admins and dispatchers when read-status data is available.
- `Created` appears for company documents.
- `Options` opens document actions.
Search
- Select a folder.
- Type into `Search`.
- Review the filtered table.
- Clear `Search` to show the full selected folder again.
Sorting and Paging
- Use column headers to sort where sorting is available.
- The table shows paginated results.
- Use the rows-per-page control to change the number of rows shown.
