Use this section when Terminal does not show the expected location or details.

If Search Does Not Find the Terminal

  1. Check the ICAO code or airport name.
  2. Try searching by ICAO code first.
  3. Confirm the location exists in the available data.
  4. Refresh the page and try again.

If a Tab Is Disabled

  1. Confirm the selected terminal has loaded.
  2. Check whether the terminal has data for that tab.
  3. Select another terminal to compare available data.
  4. Refresh the page if the tab should have data but remains unavailable.

If Weather or Winds Do Not Load

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Confirm the selected terminal has coordinates.
  3. Try another nearby terminal.
  4. Refresh the page if the loading state does not clear.

If `WX Camera` Is Missing

  1. Confirm the selected terminal has a weather camera.
  2. Check the `MET` tab for nearby METAR and camera entries.
  3. Try a nearby camera entry if the selected terminal has no camera.

If `Show on Map` Does Not Work

  1. Confirm the selected terminal has coordinates.
  2. Refresh the page and select the terminal again.
  3. Open `En Route` manually and search or pan to the location if needed.

If Charts Do Not Preview

  1. Select the chart again.
  2. Confirm your browser allows the preview dialog.
  3. Try another chart entry.
  4. If an unsupported file warning appears, use another available source for that document.
