Use this section when En Route does not show the expected map, overlay, or tool information.

If the Map Does Not Load

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Refresh the page.
  3. Confirm you can open /maps.
  4. Try a different map type from `Maps`.
  5. If the problem continues, check whether your browser supports the map runtime.

If an Overlay Does Not Appear

  1. Confirm the overlay is turned on under `Overlays`.
  2. Zoom in if the overlay requires a closer map level.
  3. Confirm the selected region has data for that overlay.
  4. Check whether reduced performance mode disables hover detail or heavy overlays.
  5. Wait for the status panel to show updated data where available.

If Current Location Does Not Work

  1. Use the current location button again.
  2. Allow browser location permission when prompted.
  3. Check that location services are enabled on the device.
  4. Refresh the page if the browser permission prompt does not appear.

If Planning Tools Are Missing

  1. Confirm you are signed in.
  2. Confirm your account has access to the required feature.
  3. Confirm you are not using a mobile layout when the feature is desktop-only.
  4. Open the plan from `Planning` and return to `En Route`.

If Fuel or Glide Range Is Missing

  1. Confirm the relevant overlay is enabled.
  2. For Fuel, confirm a fuel type is selected.
  3. For Glide Range, confirm aircraft performance data is available.
  4. Refresh the tool from its panel where available.
