On the 24th of October Apple released iPadOS16, their latest operating system for iOS devices (iPad, iPhone). We’ve completed extensive testing with iOS16 on a range of devices and have discovered no issues with the current 9.1.2 release of AvPlan EFB.
Given the above, we still recommend caution when upgrading devices to the latest iOS release. Upgrade non critical devices at a non critical time (ie, not before getting in the aircraft to fly across the country). After a number of days or more, upgrade more important or primary devices.
