Around a year ago we transitioned into the new NAIPS environment (when all your NAIPS passwords changed). It appears though, if you do not use the NAIPS website (https://www.airservicesaustralia.com/naips/Account/Logon) for a year, Airservices will deactivate your NAIPS account.
It also appears that accessing NAIPS using applications such as AvPlan, NAIPS on your iPhone etc do not count as access either. So we recommend periodically accessing the NAIPS website to ensure your user account is not deactivated.
