I have a current subscription. Why does it say ’no active subscriptions?

Active subscriptions refers to subscriptions purchased via this website and set up to be annually recurring (i.e. automatically renew each year).

If you did not set this feature up when purchasing your most recent subscriptions on this website, or you purchased prior to the upgrade to AvPlan EFB version 5.o (March 2015), they will not be listed here.  Your current subscription will still be valid on your device(s).  Tap Settings > Subscriptions to view them.
