  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone to pilots using our app.
  • Assist users with technical issues, account inquiries, and app navigation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with our development team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base by creating support articles and tutorials.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
  • Passion for aviation and a basic understanding of pilot terminology.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using helpdesk software and CRM tools.
