AvSoft Australia is a leading software provider for both crewed and un-crewed aviation. Our applications have received numerous industry accolades and we need your help to deliver on our product roadmap moving forward.
We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Full Stack Developer. In this role you will assist enhancing our current suite of mobile and web applications while developing new applications and APIs to deliver enhanced capability to the aviation industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop front end and back end applications and APIs
- Provide development support for current applications (both mobile and desktop)
- Collaborate with our development and support team to resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to our knowledge base by creating support articles and tutorials.
Qualifications:
- Strong Python skills and experience
- Familiarity with Swift, Kotlin, Java and Javascript
- Familiarity with vuejs or react
- Familiarity with MySQL and postgres.
- Familiarity with geospatial data manipulation
- An understanding of docker, AWS, Linux is desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for aviation and a basic understanding of pilot terminology.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
