Access to the AvPlan Cloud management pages is via the URL http://live.avplan-efb.com/manage.
To login simply enter your username and password on the Sign-In page (Figure 1). This is the same username/password combination you use for accessing the AvPlan EFB app itself.

Once you have successfully logged in you should be presented with the AvPlan Live main page that has a Groups button below the normal AvPlan Live buttons at top left. This button will not be there if you have not already been set up as a Group Admin by us or by another group admin in your group.
Groups
To view all available groups tap on the Groups action at the top left corner of the window. All of the groups that you are a member of (whether or not you are the admin) will be displayed along with your status within each; (you will either be an ordinary member, a group admin, or a dispatcher. If you are an admin for the group, here will be a Manage button beside your status indicator.
Select the group you wish to mange by tapping on a Manage button. You will then be presented with a suite of group management tools as described in the following sections:
- Tools to manage group members
- Tools to manager user devices
- Tools to manage group documents
- Tools to manage group user-waypoints
- Tools to manage group plates (e.g. special departure and approach plates that may not be available to the general community)
- Tools to manage map overlays for the group
- Tools to manage maps (as for approach plates- maps that may not otherwise be available)
