5.6. View/Print Flight Plan Reports

The “Domestic Flight Plan Form” action in planning has been expanded for PRO users with new report options under the heading “View/Print Flight Plan Reports”.

The original Domestic Flight Plan Form is the first of the four options, and is available to all users.

A PRO subscription gives three further Flight Plan Reporting formats.

All four Flight Plan formats have a set of printing options.

The options (top right button bar) in the Flight Plan Report screen are as follows:

• Share (Email, Print, Send to App)
• Settings (Configuration settings for the report. These vary per report as listed below)
• Reports (select the default report – 1 of the 4 options listed below)

The four reports and the available settings options for each are:

1. Classic AvPlan-EFB Domestic Flight Plan
   
   Printing options for the Classic AvPlan-EFP Domestic Flight Plan are:
   1. Double Spacing
   2. Stage Headings
   3. Flight Levels
   4. Blank EST
   5. Blank remarks

2. Navigation Log Based on Jeppesen Navigation Log
   
   With report printing options:
   1. Blank Form
   2. Blank Heading Text, GS, ETE & WIND

3. Flight Plan (Landscape) from Command Flight Planner
   
   
   With report printing options:
   1. Print one pager per Stage
   2. Double Spacing
   3. Blank Form
   4. Blank Columns HDG (MAG), GS, WIND

4. Flight Plan (Portrait) from Command Flight Planner
   
   • Report printing options are the same as for Flight Plan (Landscape)

*Note 1: The Reports and Settings options are sticky, i.e. the selected options will remain set/unset until unset/reset by the user.

*Note 2: In the Navigation Log report the empty line under the title NAVIGATION LOG is editable when the report is displayed. The user can enter and save any desired text here; for example, a company name.

The Print/Send function in the Planning pane will show thumbnail Flight Plan images and will print pages that reflect the Flight Plan format and options that have been chosen here in View/Print Flight Plan Reports.
